The Thrill of an Auction

On my birthday (Monday) I had the great opportunity to bid at an auction for property. It was not a foreclosure auction but a writ of execution which basically means that the courts have ruled on a legal judgment and stated that the winning party can auction properties to get the money owed them. This is about 10 minutes long, I cut out the middle of the auction. We made Chris Williams the auctioneer earn his keep! Kamaole Sands Auction
